Cynthia Hara is the Named Account Manager for Public Sector agencies in Nevada and Arizona at Palo Alto Networks - supporting and enabling her government clients to achieve their short-term and long-term cybersecurity initiatives and projects. She started her career in technology sales out of college, landing an inside sales job at the leading global cybersecurity company and moving up the ranks into field sales in just under two years.

Since then, Cynthia has joined several organizations around town besides NCWIT Nevada, such as CyberSafeNV and Southern Nevada Cybersecurity Alliance (SNCA) to dedicate time outside of work to promoting safe cyber hygiene and network with other cybersecurity professionals. Cynthia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Concentration in Information Systems, and a Double Minor in Integrated Marketing Communications and Spanish, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for friends and family, golfing, and finding a tropical beach to relax on.
